Can I import existing hours?

Yes. Import time entries via CSV. The format is simple and documented — date, start, end, project, description.

What happens when I hit the project limit on the free plan?

You can’t add new projects — existing ones keep running and remain fully usable. For more projects upgrade to PRO.

How secure is my time data?

All data lives exclusively on German servers. TLS encryption in transit. GDPR-compliant under German law. DPA on request.

How does BN Time link to BN Contacts?

Customers are picked directly from BN Contacts. No double entry. Updates in the contact are visible in BN Time immediately.

Can my team log time too?

Yes — on the PRO plan. Members log time on your projects. As admin you see every entry filtered by person or project.

Can I export my data?

Any time. CSV for the accountant, PDF as an hours statement for the customer.

How is this different from a plain time tracker?

Most tools just track time. BN Time links time tracking directly to projects, customers and invoicing — without external software.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

All time entries, projects and invoice links are deleted fully and irreversibly. No residual risk.
