How does payment work?
Stripe processes every payment securely and transfers the balance directly to your linked bank account. BN takes no share of the sale.
Are there really no transaction fees?
From us: 0 %. Stripe charges its own fees (around 1.4–2.9 % + €0.25 per transaction) — that’s an industry standard regulated across Europe and not something we control. Our cut stays zero.
How do buyers receive digital products?
After purchase the buyer automatically receives an email with a secure, single-use download link valid for 48 hours. After that the link expires and can’t be reused.
Can I run multiple shops?
Up to 3 shops on the free plan. The Shop add-on includes up to 5 shops — any additional shop from #6 costs €19/year as a flat fee (no PRO discount).
Do I need to register a business to sell?
Clarify that with your tax advisor. BN Shop issues correct invoices automatically — VAT rate for your country is pre-configured.
Can I offer discount codes?
Discount codes are on the roadmap and not yet available. We’ll let you know when they go live.
What happens to orders if I cancel?
Active orders and their data remain fully accessible until the end of your billing period.
