Yes. Pick immediately after the appointment, 24 hours later, or any other timing you like.
Are customers asked more than once?
No. Anyone who has left a review gets no further requests. BN Reviews remembers via the link with BN Contacts.
What if a customer doesn’t want to leave a review?
Nothing happens. No follow-up. The unsubscribe link in the email closes them off from future requests — respectfully and automatically.
Does BN Reviews only work with Google?
Right now we focus on Google as the most important review platform. More platforms are coming in future releases — we’ll let you know when they arrive.
Can I customise the request text?
