What happens if a customer cancels?
Customers can cancel up to a deadline you set. You’re notified automatically and the slot is freed immediately.
Can I charge a deposit at booking?
Integrated payment at booking is on the roadmap. Today BN Book is a free booking platform without upfront payment.
Does BN Book work on smartphones?
Yes — fully mobile-optimised. Customers book from any device without installing an app. The page runs directly in the browser.
Do I get an overview of all appointments?
Yes. Your cockpit shows every upcoming appointment — with customer data, service and time.
Can I enter appointments manually?
