Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

This notice applies exclusively to consumers under § 13 BGB. Entrepreneurs under § 14 BGB have no right of withdrawal.

This is a translation of the German original. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the German version shall prevail. The binding German version is available at businessnavigator.app/agb.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us — INREMA Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Rentmeister-Wilthelm-Weg 16, 33181 Bad Wünnenberg, Germany, email info@businessnavigator.app, phone +49 2953 5884710 — by means of a clear statement (letter, fax or email) about your decision to withdraw. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.

Sending the communication about exercising the withdrawal right before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we were informed. We use the same means of payment as the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees are charged for this reimbursement.

Early Termination for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for a contract on the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if: (1) we began performance after your express prior consent to begin before the end of the withdrawal period, and (2) you confirmed your awareness that by giving consent you lose the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance. During the paid plan ordering process you will be asked to actively confirm these two points.

Services Already Provided

If you requested services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay a reasonable amount proportional to the services already provided until the moment you informed us of withdrawal, compared with the full contracted scope.
